Termite : Existing Structure Treatment

We offer Termite Treatment in existing structures for every budget and circumstance.

Our typical treatment consists of excavating a small trench around the perimeter of your home or business and applying a termitacide called Termidor (www.TermidorHome.com). The soil is then replaced and a final application is then made on the replaced soil. This provides excellent protection for many years on the exterior perimeter of the structure. In addition, to prevent termites from entering the interior of the structure, all know plumbing entry points in the slab are treated by the use of ”shaving cream consistency” termitacidal foam. It is injected directly into the wall plumbing voids.

Through the use of the Termidor product and this treatment method we have not had a product failure since we began using the product, in 1999. This is considered our most complete and thorough treatment and also includes our renewable, one-year, fully transferable termite control and service agreement.

On a tight budget? We can also provide treatment on a spot type basis by treating the effected area only.
